Experience: 5+ years  
Qualification: Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST  
 
Position Requirement:
○ 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on predictive modeling.
○ Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit- learn, TensorFlow).
○ Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Vertex AI.
○ Familiarity with healthcare data, including prescribing data and electronic health records.
○ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Preferred:
○ Masters or PhD in a relevant field.
○ Experience with deep learning techniques.
○ Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales practices.
Responsibilities: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and data analysis to build predictive models that drive engagement and deliver valuable insights to our pharmaceutical partners.
You will be instrumental in developing and deploying models that:
● Predict first-time prescribing behavior: Identify physicians likely to prescribe specific medications for the first time, enabling targeted marketing campaigns for brands like Ozanpic and Ampic.
● Uncover product affinities: Determine which audiences and products work together or in sequence, revealing valuable insights and opportunities for campaign optimization.
● Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Google BigQuery and Vertex AI.
● Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify patterns and trends in prescribing behavior.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
● Communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, particularly in the healthcare domain.
